Adopting from the Forsyth County Humane Society

Hey, y'all! Great news! We just heard back from Lisa, the foster mom of the Pomeranian we applied for at the FCHS, and we've been approved! She's going to bring him over this evening to see how he does at our home and, if it goes well, we'll get to bring him home soon! Yay! We'll keep you posted!

Salem - RIP

Today we lost our little black cat, Salem. A friend of ours found him in a parking lot when he was just 4 weeks old and less than half a pound. He instantly worked his way right into our home and hearts.

Unfortunately, he was Feline Leukemia Virus (FLV) positive and this took a toll on his tiny body from the very beginning. After nearly a year and half of fighting, he just couldn't do it anymore. He was a brave little kitty and he will be greatly missed.
